The developer decides to proceed with the alternative of constructing one modern and luxury home on the property. The lower plot is to be kept by the developer for landscape gardening. On the upper plot a home should be designed and constructed for personal use.
Sierra Blanca Global commences by designing the plot segregation project, which is necessary to request municipal permission to divide the property.
